Neutral refers to a day that lacks sufficient energy to get something off the ground. Today is such a day since there are no major planetary or moon alignments. The moon is void-of-course all day until 6:14 PM eastern. When the Moon is void people are without direction and judgement is faulty. New initiatives should be delayed because they will not turn out as planned or will be abandoned altogether.
Mercury remains retrograde until July 20th so postpone important decisions; contracts and other legal documents should not be signed until Mercury* turns direct.
