Neutral Day

Neutral identifies a day that lacks sufficient energy to get soething off the ground. This assessment is given when the moon is void-of-course but it may also be given when there are few major aspects on any given day. As a result there is little momentum so nothing much happens.

Today the moon is void all day so new initiatives should be postponed. Furthermore we have two difficult planetary alignments and this together with Mercury retrograde creates a challenging environment in which misunderstandings and regulatory requirements put everything on hold.
