Neutral Day

A neutral day is one in which there is not enough energy available to provide momentum for new initiatives to take hold. This occurs when the moon is void-of-course for the majority of the day. If significant matters are undertaken during a void period, something invariably happens to create a problem, mistakes show up, or there is a flaw in the contract or item being purchased.
