Solar Eclipse

Tomorrow's solar eclipse is in 19 degrees of Taurus giving emphasis to the need for financial and material security in the months ahead. A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon blocks the Sun's light thus diminishing its strength. The days before and after an eclipse are not ideal for starting something new because it often signals an unexpected change in direction. On a personal level an eclipse will often bring something to light which needs to be addressed.

The affects of a solar eclipse may be felt for up to one year after the event, while the influence of a lunar eclipse may linger for up to six months. The period around a solar eclipse, even up to one month in advance, can be somewhat chaotic because so much is going on. This sense of confusion is a reflection of the changes about to take place. A solar eclipse usually marks the beginning of something new, while a lunar eclipse often brings something to conclusion.
